Products are returnable within the specified return/replacement period mentioned below, except those products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable.

Beauty, Cosmetics and Grooming UNBOXED Products of all category, PPEs including Masks, Gloves and Caps, Conditioners, Creams, Deodorants, Eyebrow/Eyelash/Hair Styling Products, Eye Mask, Face Wash, Face Care/Fairness Products, Hair Care, Kajal, Blackhead/Makeup/Nail Paint Removers, Perfumes, Hand/Toothbrush Sanitisers, Serums, Talc, Sunscreen, Tanning Liquid, Toners, Lip Care, Lipstick, Nail Care.

Return/Replacement requests are subject to verification and checks by the respective Seller(s). Return/Replacement and/or Refund shall be refused in the following cases:
Replacement is subject to product availability and limited to one request. If replacement cannot be processed, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 days of receipt and acceptance of the product by the Seller. Additional verification documents may be requested before initiating the refund.

Login to your VENU account, go to Order History, select the order and initiate return/replacement.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4–5 days if not shipped, or within 4–5 days after receipt of the returned product.
Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect address, courier non-serviceability, or any reason beyond seller control.
Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4–5 days from the date of cancellation.
