VENU – Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy gives buyers an option to return or replace the products purchased and/or receive a refund. Products eligible for return/replacement/refund are specifically mentioned on the product details page. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over this general return policy.

Products are returnable within the specified return/replacement period mentioned below, except those products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable.

Return / Replacement Period

  • Jewellery (Gold, Silver, Diamond & Fashion Jewellery): 10 days from the date of delivery
  • Fashion & Lifestyle Products (Apparel): 10 days from the date of delivery
  • Accessories (Footwear, Sunglasses, Scarfs, Bags, Wallets, Mobile Covers, Home Decorative): 10 days from the date of delivery

Non-Returnable Products

Inner-wear, Lingerie, Bra, Panties, Active wear, Shape-wear, Socks, Stockings, Swimsuits, Briefs, Boxers, Garter, Trunks, Nightwear, Maternity wear, Key rings and Vests.

Beauty, Cosmetics and Grooming UNBOXED Products of all category, PPEs including Masks, Gloves and Caps, Conditioners, Creams, Deodorants, Eyebrow/Eyelash/Hair Styling Products, Eye Mask, Face Wash, Face Care/Fairness Products, Hair Care, Kajal, Blackhead/Makeup/Nail Paint Removers, Perfumes, Hand/Toothbrush Sanitisers, Serums, Talc, Sunscreen, Tanning Liquid, Toners, Lip Care, Lipstick, Nail Care.

Stationery Items: Diaries and Books – Non-returnable

Return / Replacement Refusal

Return/Replacement requests are subject to verification and checks by the respective Seller(s). Return/Replacement and/or Refund shall be refused in the following cases:

  1. Product damaged while in your possession.
  2. Product used, washed, soiled, or returned without intact quality/warranty seals.
  3. Product not in its original condition.
  4. Product returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or retail box.
  5. Missing or unreadable serial number.
  6. Product different from what was shipped.
  7. Combo/Set products returned partially.
  8. Product specified as non-returnable on the product details page.

Replacement is subject to product availability and limited to one request. If replacement cannot be processed, a refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 days of receipt and acceptance of the product by the Seller. Additional verification documents may be requested before initiating the refund.

Refund Modes

  • Online/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallets/Net Banking/IMPS – Same original mode
  • UPI – UPI
  • Cash on Delivery – NEFT or UPI to buyer’s bank account
  • Gift Card/Voucher – Gift Card/Voucher

Can I replace an item?

Replacement is allowed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.

How do I return or replace an item?

Login to your VENU account, go to Order History, select the order and initiate return/replacement.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned product.

VENU – Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from your VENU account. If shipped but not delivered, contact customer care at +91 76761 11022.

Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4–5 days if not shipped, or within 4–5 days after receipt of the returned product.

Order Cancellation by VENU

Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect address, courier non-serviceability, or any reason beyond seller control.

Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4–5 days from the date of cancellation.
